My Hinomi X1 just arrived. As I opened the box, I began a journey to experience absolute perfection. This chair is a marvel of engineering and design. I was even impressed with the unique silver mylar padded product packaging. A pair of white gloves for the assembly are included, confirming that I purchased a work of art, not just an office chair.

Awesome Chair!

The most comfortable chair on the planet. I have lower back issues and the level of adjustability is beyond compare. I had a couple of questions regading the shipping of the product and the customer service was incredible. I felt like they actually cared about the customer. Something very rare these days. Highly recomended!

Another Quality Chair

I already have an H1 Pro gaming chair at the office I work at as the supplied chair are so uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the product.
I also needed a new office chair for home and decided to go for the X1. I am not disappointed. The quality exceeds the H1 and is probably more comfortable. The only minor "disappointment" is the X1 reduced recline angle. But this isn't enough to detract from this excellent product.
