Hinomi H1 Pro has created a unique design of a futuristic high-end technology chair with guaranteed quality (BIFMA Certified). With the F5 system (FlexiLumbarTM, 5DArmrestTM, FlipAmrestTM, FlashFoldTM, FineTiltTM), 12 calibration points enable users to customize the chair to fit individual body profiles perfectly. Because of its highly comprehensive features, it caters to different lifestyles.
Hinomi provides outstanding comfort and back support that you cannot find in other ergonomic chairs. Yet, the price is reasonable.
The whole manufacturing process is ISO certified. Hinomi chair offers the best comfort of a truly ergonomic chair, which will last for many years. Hinomi H1 Pro is not only a chair but also an investment for your body and your work.
Everyone's body is different. The Hinomi H1 Pro has 12 unique adjustment points to fit you (and anyone else who sits in your chair). H1 Pro can be used by users weighing up to 150kg.
Hinomi's foldable chair body and flip-back armrests can easily fit under your desk.
The H1 PRO's (polyurethane) coated castors contain industrial-grade stainless steel ball bearings. They will roll without leaving scratches, no matter what floor you have.
Both H1 Pro and H1 Classic are made to our exacting standards. However, there are a few key differences:
1. Hinomi H1 Pro has 12 calibration points while the Hinomi H1 Classic has 6.
2. Hinomi H1 Classic doesn't have a headrest.
3. H1 Classic doesn't have adjustable lumbar support while H1 Pro have 3D lumbar support, able to adjust the height of the lumbar and forward support level.
The H1 PRO's components are made with high standard specifications in different countries. For example, the breathable mesh is woven in Germany and is certified by ISO, FR-One, and OEKO-TEX. For instance, the Class-IV-rated hydraulic system is made in South Korea and is BIFMA certified.

Hinomi will cover the Products’ warranty periods specified above with regards to:
1.Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery
2.Defects in the manufacturing of materials leading to loss of functionality in the Products at the time of delivery.
3.Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
4.Defects in the functionality of hydraulics, armrests, and castors.
Hinomi does NOT cover the following under this warranty:
For Chairs:
1.Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, the wear and tear or degradation of mesh, top portion of armrests, lumbar support, exterior of castors, variance of tightness of mechanisms.
2.
Any damage to the Products or to any property or person caused by failure to adhere to Hinomi's published instructions and guidelines, accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes (including, without limitation, use of the Product in unsuitable environment or conditions).
3.
Defects in a Product that has been modified or altered, including the substitution of any unauthorized components for use in place of the original components in the Product.
4.
Defects in a Product caused by failure to use, apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain the Product or component according to Hinomi's published instructions.
5.
Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the Product.
6.The labor required to replace any defective parts on your Hinomi.
For Standing Desks:
1.The labor required to replace any defective parts on your desk.
Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the Product.
2.Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, the wear and tear or degradation of table top and desk frame.
3.Defects caused by modification, alteration, misuse or lack of maintenance as per set out by Hinomi
4.Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the Product.
Have your proof of purchase ready.
A valid proof of purchase (your email invoice) must be presented for any warranty claim to enable Hinomi to reasonably verify the claim.
Submit your claims via this form to ensure proper handling.
You must provide us with a clear photograph or video of the alleged defect, and/or other details we may request regarding the defect. If you refuse to send us the photograph or video that we need to process your claim, we assume that you have abandoned your claim or that it is invalid.
Upon verifying the defective part, we will ship a replacement to you at our own cost.
Should you require labor to install the replacement part, a labor fee of $50 will be charged.
The warranty process is subject to the following:
1.Hinomi reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed.
2.Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
3.Replacement parts and components replaced under this warranty may vary in color and texture to the original.
4.Any item requiring repair or replacement due to any of the warranty exclusions will be at the purchaser's expense.
Defective products which do not conform to Hinomi's standards, will be replaced, subject to our Warranty Policy. Read Return / Refund Policy
