Order partially fulfilled

Chair was received in good time and is really comfortable with an excellent lumbar support; however, optional legrest has yet to arrive 2 weeks after delivery of chair, as such order is only partially fulfilled.

Best purchase of the year.

Best purchase of the year. I have been wanting one since Covid WFH days, but was stuck to a shitty Eames knock off chair. This is a game changer. Bulky, yes, but also easy to tuck away under the table. I LOVE the different customisable features! I love the footrest. I love that you can incline WITH the foot rest to take a short nap from work. Being able to move the arms closer inwards / outwards / rotated / angled up or down, makes it easy to be a worm while I work...without hurting my back, because of the lumbar support!

Only downside is..the lumbar support isnt as prominent as the older model.
Another thing that can be better is if the chair's arms can have consistent clicking sounds when adjusting. It is VERY satisfying to feel and hear the haptic feedback, but 1 side is non-existent, while the other is prominent. It's a shame.
