The chair is beautiful! However, I would like the seat to lift higher. I feel it sits very low. Also, raising the back of the chair does not lock in the desired height position. Is there a way to address this?

The most important factors for me on this chair were foldable armrests(Musician), mesh, big and tall size, and adjustability for the price point. I am 6'3" and I ordered the largest size and I wish I would have ordered then next size down because I sit comfortably at the lowest height position with correct posture. Sometimes I like to be lower amd cannot. I also cannot add a pad or my feet will be off the ground at the lowest height. Which is my next point, I am getting a sore tailbone from this chair. It is very stiff and I am hoping it breaks in a bit. I WFH so I have long hours in this chair and find my butt is sore after lol. All other ergonomics and adjustability is excellent. The chair does sometimes click past pos.2 into pos.3 on the locked recline if I lean back too hard. I hope this doesn't get worse with use. I also found the arm rests orientatiin tends to move a bit too much. If I adjust posture in the seat and use arm rests they click our of place. Had for 2 weeks, still playing with adjustments. It seems good for the pricepoint so far, but I wish it was better in the areas described.

I spent far too long looking at reviews and researching chairs with high backrests. I am 6' 3" and have a long torso, and I wanted a chair that I could sit up straight in. I narrowed it down to Hinomi and Hbada. Glad I went with Hinomi.

While it does not go quite as vertical as I would like (it feels like I lay back about 5-10°), it supports my whole back and neck if adjusted correctly. It is also pretty comfortable to lay back in. I have gamed in it for an entire day without any discomfort. The lumbar support really was key to keeping my back upright.

The 5D armrests could be more plush, but are super convenient. I also like that the chair can fold down for hiding it under the desk to save space. The armrests also fold up if you don't want them which the Hbada did not have. The footrest could be a bit more solid, but overall it functions as expected. I chose Hinomi for the country where it was designed, the back height, raisable armrests, and fold down capability. Also, it came nearly fully assembled. So glad I went with the H1 Pro.

One of my armrests started not functioning properly about 2 months in. I emailed support a video and they immediately provided me with a video of how to fix the issue and offered to replace it if it was broken. Luckily, it was just a bolt that was not fully tightened during assembly. Their support was super helpful and friendly. The problem took me just a few minutes to fix.
